Slat V95 is composed of aluminium coated with an interference filter that is calibrated through a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) process to optimally reflect the most critical solar radiation and to endow it with low-emissivity effect to the long-wave infra-red radiation.
The benefits of using this product in façades are the decrease in glass temperature and g value (below 10%) and the significant reduction in Ug value compared to a simple IG unit, as certified by a major independent German institute.
Another key feature is the lack of paint which, together with the high temperatures that can be reached in triple glazing, may release fogging.
Benefits:
- Reduction in temperature on slat and glass
- Low solar heat gain and thermal transmittance compared to painted slats
- No-fogging slat at any temperature due to the lack of paint
